"The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."

Many contractors would either not respond or promise an estimate and not show. Dan was on time and he provided us with the estimate before he left that same day. While waiting for the siding to arrive, Dan was very responsive, providing updates. Once the material arrived, the crew was very professional and worked efficiently.
