"Jay, Jamie, and their crew were a DELIGHT to work with — from obtaining an estimate to completion of the project. The crew arrived promptly on the day they were scheduled to begin the installation and were very courteous and hard-working. The entire install was done over three days and looks very professional. In fact, two neighbors have inquired about our fencing, and I recommended Royal Fence without reservation. During the estimation process, we were trying to decide whether to go with wood privacy fencing or chain-link fencing with slats or privacy screening. We ultimately decided to do chain-link with top and bottom railing to make sure the dogs are as secure as possible. When I asked one of the crewmembers why they didn't install bottom railing, he replied that there was no request for bottom rails on their work order. I immediately called and emailed Jamie and Jay to ask if the requested bottom rails were included in the final estimate, as I am on a very strict budget for home repairs. Jamie replied that unfortunately, when the final contract was drawn up, our request for bottom railing was inadvertently left out, but they would make it right. I was so happy to get an email from her the following morning stating that they would include the bottom rails to my order for no extra charge, since that is what we initially talked about. "This is a first class operation.  Mr. Zuber is very low key, nice and knowledgeable. He gave us alternatives for the look we were trying to achieve and advised us well. You see we were not thrilled with the idea of siding our house, as a lot of siding we had seen was not so good looking, but we are so pleased with the decision now that all is done. "I had gutter failure from huge storm in KC area last weekend, which caused water to pool in front of a basement window well and led to my basement flooding. I tried calling many other gutter companies, but they all were 2-3 weeks or 2-3 months booked out. the owner of 5 Star construction came out to give a bid, and immediately said that he would take one of is crews off another project to immediately address put up the new gutters so as to avoid further flooding into my basement. He said my situation was way more urgent than his other customers. He had a crew out the very next day to put up the new 6" gutters with splash guards, and addressing some of the other minor siding repairs."
