"We hired Abdul, of RRS Builders, to take over a stalled deck construction and installation project from a previous contractor who had disappeared with our money. Before signing a contract, we thoroughly researched RRS and Abdul through a private investigator, who found no problems. Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional.
