"We had a leak coming into our house from the roof during a big rainstorm on a Monday. I called several roofers and only Royal Pro Construction back to me. Their guy came to give us an estimate while the rain was still coming down and by Tuesdayt morning at 9 AM they were already repairing the roof. It was finished the same day. The worker was very good and conscientious. He did a great job and was friendly. With the covid virus going around we were concerned but he wore a mask and gloves and didn't touch anything inside the house. Highly recommended."

That was done (and cleaned up) plus the new roof installed in one day. Then and old wood siding was repaired in many places, all walls were covered with Tyvek moisture barrier, and the new siding, a new window, eave vents and even a new spotlight fixture (which I provided) was installed in a matter of 2 days. The gutters came last. What a difference! From an eyesore to a thing of beauty (now my house looks shabby next to it)."

"Adam from American Roofing returned my initial call promptly. He came to my home to look over the job on the day and time he had promised.  The estimate was given to me quickly and I made arrangement for the roof to be installed.
The day of the install they arrived on time and placed tarps to protect my property.
At the end of the day when the work was completed they cleaned up all the mess that was made. It actually looked better than when they started.

"I was referred to Summit Roofing by 2 separate friends who used them and were happy with the quality of their work and pricing. It took longer to schedule my job than I had hoped but it was because they had to wait additional time for the metal material to be delivered. Due to a lot of rain my job was delayed. To make up the time, Summit scheduled a crew to be at my home on a Saturday at 7:30am. They arrived promptly and completed what was originally scheduled for be a 2+ day job in one day! The workmanship is solid quality. The owner came by the day after the job was complete and walked around the house with me. He took care of minor marks on the house and replaced a piece of siding that has been damaged (no questions). Sean also persevered with me when something didn't seem right with the porch (metal) roof. He re-adjusted the height of my gutter to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. I am! "I needed a new roof to satisfy the Insurance company (my existing roof was 28 years old). Called Home Run Roofing at 5pm on Monday, scheduled the rep for the next morning. Thorough inspection of all roofing components, discussed price, color etc. They happened to have a cancellation on Friday (today). The work crew arrived and quickly dispatched the old roof, had the barriers in place, ridge vent installed shingles placed and total cleanup of the site by just after 2pm. Amazing! I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property.
