"I'm thrilled. The sales-rep/designer had really good design software to create a design so that I could see it while he was still on-site. It took us about two hours to come up with a design that worked, agree on scope of work (I also asked for plaster-repair and painting), select colors and materials, and finalize the work. The painter did his work in a few hours, with the installers arriving the next day after the paint dried. They too were done in a matter of 2-3 hours. All workmen were courteous and left the space very clean. It looks great and with materials that will likely stand the test of time without warping or separating (no cheap pressed composites). Everything now has its place, ending the clutter battle in my dressing room. I'd consider using them again if we need other spaces reconfigured."

He explained what he would do and why he would do it a certain way. "Michael and his team were professional, communicative, and most importantly got the job done! Contractors have a stereotype that they never get back to you or ghost you. Not the case with Michael who made sure to give me a call or txt anytime. He worked with the local supplier to order a custom Andersen window and in the meantime, stopped by multiple times to provide advice and estimates. On the day of the job, everything was completed in a timely manner and they made sure to clean things up after. They replaced a large window without any mess, installed a storm door, and patched up leak damage. They also got on a high ladder three stories high to caulk the exterior for our townhouse.
