"Steve (owner) immediately returned my initial call, was out to do the estimate the next day, and completed the work the morning after that.  He and his partner did a beautiful job.  They were friendly and professional, and I was so impressed with their work.  Everything came up so clean, from the rain gutters to the aluminum siding to the concrete just beneath it at the base of the house.  The sidewalk is a completely different color now!  And they even pressure washed the straw doormat I had on the front porch!  I've made arrangements for them to return in the late fall or early spring (when the trees aren't dropping so much stuff) to pressure wash, protect, and paint my deck.  Steve talked with me about deck protection and the product he recommends using and provided me with a chart of color samples.
I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs pressure washing.  I felt like their performance, in every respect, was flawless.

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. "Pat and his team were, by and large, fantastic. They executed on all aspects of the original quote flawlessly. The ribbon pointing around the stonework, especially in the front part of the house, turned out very nice. We're extremely happy with how the masonry looks. It went so smoothly, we added additional work onto the quote to seal the concrete and touch up paint along the exterior of the house. The painting wasn't as neat or clean as it could have been - it's probably a little step above what I could have done. Mostly importantly, when we encountered a couple of problems along the way, they were responsive and went above and beyond to sort it out. I think they approached the whole project very well, and even worked with us on the price for the add-ons. All-in-all, super solid work from a super solid contractor. Highly recommended."
