However, the roof continued to leak in the exact spots they supposedly repaired. They sent a crew out again, but the leaks persisted. Throughout this time, I?ve been given a series of excuses ? from lost service tickets to vehicle breakdowns and personal issues. This leak is now causing way more damage to my home and is going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix. G.Fedale is saying it's not their issue and not taking responsibility for the damage it has caused. All I can say is for the sake of your home and wallet don't ever invest in this company. G.Fedale's policy and warranty are such trash... Very disapointed overall, and now what would cost me 25k now cost 35k when they could have just done it right in the first place."
