We had a morning appointment and when an emergency came up they kept us updated as to their time frame. Although they arrived later than originally planned they stayed until the job was completed to our satisfaction. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, and we would highly recommend their services."

They also threaten the customer and have the largest number of excused why they can't/won't work. I had to retain an attorney to recoup my money and a reputable HVAC contractor who had to correct inadequate work done and finish the installation. I was guaranteed that the work would be completed before my scheduled carpet installation, which was 15 days sfter signing the contract with Village. Mike said they would be done in 3 days and that was a big lie. After not meeting the deadline and after constant reminders to Village and reassurances by Village the carpet was installed. Then Village decided it was OK to walk on the carpet with muddy shoes. No apology from them either. They installed a thermostat 4 feet from a stove in the kitchen, which is amateur at best. Thank God I found a great company who corrected and installed my new system."
