"We replaced existing vinyl flooring for about 1/3 of the first floor in our house. Wood's Custom Floors had a large choice, and I found what I wanted easily. The installers showed up on time the first day (were about an hour late the 2nd day), were quick and professional in their work, and my new flooring looks wonderful. This installation should have taken only one day, but it was discovered that I had 2 pre-existing layers of linoleum instead of the one I thought was there (we are not the original owners of this house), and thus required removal of the top 'floating' layer, which added a good bit of time. The half-bath was the only area requiring work on the 2nd day, and it was finished in short order. We want to put new carpet in our master bedroom, and replace the vinyl flooring in the masterbath with tile. I plan on using Wood's Custom Flooring again, and that's the highest praise I can bestow."

"We didn't use Gordon Construction because they were over booked and wouldn't be able to complete the project we needed done in by the 2 1/2 month time frame that we needed it done by from when we contacted them. They are probably a great company and the bid they gave us seemed fair but it was going to take entirely too long to complete the job. We were told they couldn't have it done until about the 3rd week of June which would have been way past the time frame we needed the project done in. They told us they were just booked till then. So don't expect to have your project completed right away."
