"I am disappointed with the lack of communication and proof of service performed. The initial visit was documented and appeared on my home cameras. However the 2nd and 3rd month service is questionable since it did not appear on house cameras, no sent receipts, and no communication. I have been trying to get hold on them for the last month and requested them to email me as they did previously. It has been a month and no one has emailed me back, or contacted me with the answers to my questions about when they were at my house. Meanwhile my card has been charged for the last 2 months but there is no proof that they were here to apply the outside mosquito and tick service. As a result of non-communication and not sending me receipts of subsequent chemical services, I suspect this company is doing a bait and switch scheme. Additionally, there is always a discrepancy in scheduling and time for the pest control service. Also there is no uniform schedule for mosquito and tick. They said they applied treatment 2 weeks apart - instead of the 4-6 week frequency typical chemical application."

"I've used Modern Pest several times in the past, and I've always had great experiences with them. In Brighton, they were able to take care of a mouse/rat problem quickly and efficiently, and also mitigated a nasty termite issue. In Mansfield, they were successful in removing chipmunks from in between unit walls in a condo building and also were able to rid the building of carpenter ants. "My initial experience with Pine State Pest Solutions was generally positive. I asked for an inspection and that went just fine, but when it came to the actual treatments, things went downhill quickly. The technician was two hours late. E-mails and phone calls fell on deaf ears. They don't seem to value my time. Scheduling the follow up inspection was a hassle. I was told that they've already responded to my e-mails when they clearly haven't. Luckily, the times that they set up without my confirmation worked out. The second technician was on time and did a great job. E-mails for a final inspection asking for a Thursday was replied to with "I have you booked for Friday afternoon!" without considering that maybe no one will be home on that day. And the icing on the cake is that they still showed up today, Thursday, when I basically told them that I no longer need them and exclaimed how unhappy I was with their services. I don't understand how they've failed with basic communication, it's not rocket science. I'd have honestly given then 4 stars if not for this glaring matter."
