"I had a leak in an area of my roof and knew I needed to find someone to repair it or replace the whole thing, as I had a two layer roof near the end of its life cycle. Craig responded very quickly to my call about a roof repair, visited my home and carefully went through all aspects of the roof, diagnosing issues and discussing options to either repair or replace the roof. A few hours after his visit, he called me with his quote. I hired Craig to do half the roof of my house, because the lower half of my home was in more serious condition and Craig was able to do it only a few days later, during the last days of roofing season for the year. Winter was coming and there were only a handful of good days left to do roof work, between rain and cold restrictions. From my first call to having a new roof done was 5 days and it was greatly appreciated. I was impressed with his responsiveness, and his ability to explain and discuss everything you needed to know. Highly recommended. I also got an estimate from a different company that a friend referred to me, and they were using the same materials and approximately the same ballpark price as Craig. They also explained things very well and in a similar fashion to Craig. Getting a second opinion was helpful in confirming to me that Craig was a good guy to hire and reassured me overall on what was necessary and confirmed what I should do."

"During the initial install, the owner didn't properly communicate the work to be done to the crew so the wrong area of roof was replaced. When I called, the owner acknowledged that he should've been more clear and present onsite to ensure the work was done correctly. It took over a month, a formal letter and some phone calls/ texts to get the crew back out to do the contracted work. During the second install, it was suggested several times that they were doing me a favor. The quality of the works seems good, but doing business with this company has been very difficult."

I went with this company because I've used them before. <br /> The original aluminum siding had been painted and I had been concerned about the ability to make the new vinyl siding on only one wall look like it fit in - but the end result turned out really great, and I feel more confidant about the durability of this siding in strong winds. <br /> We were in a bit of a time crunch, and the weather has been cold and snowy. Home Improvement Center completed the job quickly at the first break in the weather (with the job completed within two weeks of our approval to go ahead). <br /> A couple of items concerned me when I reviewed the results, and Home Improvement Center came over the next day to fix these items to my satisfaction. <br /> My ONLY small annoyance was in the cleanup. I was initially told to drive over and advise the men working on the house that I needed the nails and scrap removed from the driveway so I wouldn't get a flat tire pulling into the driveway after the project was done. I pushed back on my having to drive over there, and they did take care of cleanup of the driveway fairly well - considering the snow. I am disappointed that at least some of the nails and scrap, etc. was shoveled from the driveway onto the neighbor's lawn alongside the driveway (noticed this as snow started to melt). I will have to get out there and rake out scrap from his lawn as soon as the snow melts in order to not have to buy him a new lawn mower next spring, or to have to possibly re-seed that strip of lawn. (This was where I went down one point on professionalism - they were very professional, otherwise.) <br /> Overall, I would use this company again and would continue to recommend them. <br />"
