Anthony, the owner, who is a very pleasant and likeable person, came to our house to perform the estimate. He didn’t try to dazzle us with how much he knows about roofing or imtimidate us with lingo we wouldn’t have any hope of understanding. Instead, my wife and I had a very nice discussion with him on what we needed, and Anthony laid out the plan for how it would go. When the big day came, the crew arrived right when they said they would, and courteously informed me of the plan for the day’s job. My wife and I both happened to have the day off so we were home for the entire roofing job. They covered up all of the windows, worked tirelessly throughout the day, and cleaned up perfectly afterward. Anthony came by a few days later to personally inspect the job his crew had done, and collect the final payment. Throughout the entire process, Anthony was very communicative and did everything he said he was going to do. I simpny cannot recommend WNY Roofing strongly enough.
