"Matt was great to work with.  He was very open and honest when giving our initial quote.  During the remodel, he was respectful of our home, always putting down tarps where he and his helper would be walking, and vacuuming each day.  The quality of his work is exceptional.  He is very detail oriented, and takes pride in what he does.  The tile work is especially impressive.  In addition, he and his helper were both very personable, and were always respectful of the fact that we have two small children (nap times, etc.).  Also, since this is our only full bathroom, Matt set up the toilet and shower each night so that we would be able to use them.  There was very limited time in which we could not use those features.  We would recommend Matt to anyone. <br />"

"Our sump pump was on the way out (very loud and ran for a long time) we went on Angie's list looking for a plumber and called 4 of them for estimates for a new sump pump, installed. A week later it stopped working we called Matthew Kandefer Plumbing and they came out the next day, at our request. They were there at the time they said they would be in the morning. The plumber was very efficient, the job done quickly. We will definatly will call them again and recommend them to freinds. Fair prices, the job very close to estimate, no" suprise" extra costs."
