In 2005, Brian J. Owens founded a small excavating company. First contracting with local Clearfield builders, the company has grown over the years and expanded. We are currently serving central Pennsylvania in Centre, Clearfield, Jefferson, Blair, and Huntington Counties. Over 55 years ago my father, Jack Cooper Sr, started this business with a small truck, a paver, and a shovel performing small jobs. He was a very hard working gentleman with integrity, determination, pride, high moral values, and a stickler for precision details. He instilled within me with those key attributes of integrity, honor, and quality construction. Today we have equipment, that my father would never believe, and we specialize in large commercial and residential projects, have multiple crew teams in PA and Northern Virginia, and service a very broad area but, most of all we have a tremendous repeat client list and strong reputation consistent with his high level of standards. My father passed away in 2002 and this business and our website are dedicated to his memory and values that he had passed on to us.
