Scott was able to figure out the problem with our two line phone system and he was also able to install a much needed additional phone jack at the other end of the house. "Job needed to be done on weekend at a commercial complex , with a month's prior notice .This is because the work is extremely dusty. They showed on time and completed the work in a timely manner. We had several people bid on the job but Andy had the best plan for cleanup. He sent a man to pressure wash afterward. The work was done well, I was going to show the cleanup guy a few defects but he repaired what I found before I spoke to him.

"Instead of being two hours of service, they announced to me when they arrived at our house that it was actually one hour with two people; I wish they would have told us that in advance and we would have planned differently.  And in that one hour, one guy stood around watching/directing the other guy to do the work (I didn't see him actually do anything in the hour), and so we do not feel that we got what we paid for.  On top of that, they botched the wiring, with no offer to stay or come back to fix it, so we had to pay someone else to come and do it. The guys, however, were friendly and gave us some useful advice on some lighting design, and they did not leave a mess from their service.
