"The equipment was delivered promptly, and the installers arrived shortly after. Chris Hardin and Anthony were the installers. They were very experienced, well trained, knowledgeable, and did top quality work. Both were polite, personable, and treated me with respect. I tend to be a perfectionist and must say if I would have had the skills to do this job myself, I could not have done any better. I have never seen such good quality for any heating and air conditioner replacement in other homes I have owned. In addition to replacing the furnace and air conditioner units, some other items that were replaced were: suction and liquid lines, the exterior breaker box, condenser pad, furnace vent, insert in the vent going up the chimney, and the condensation pump and hose. The old furnace was situated such that there was not much room to change the air filter and perform maintenance. The new furnace was repositioned to eliminate that problem. This involved rerouting the electrical cable to the furnace switch and partially extending the gas line. My previous coil was never a tight fit over the furnace and therefore, cool and warm air escaped. Special care was taken to tightly mount the new coil and thoroughly seal it with silicone. Some insulation was even used around ducts nearby. All the old equipment, including the condenser pad, was hauled away. The work area was cleaned up well after completion."

Professional, kind, worked quickly and efficiently, and even came back out to swap out one of my ceiling fans after install when it turned out the light wasn’t working as it should due to a malfunction of the ceiling fan hardware (had nothing to do with their work, the ceiling fan hardware itself that allowed the lights to dim was messed up and after I got a replacement fan and they installed it, it’s up and running beautifully!}. "Went to get into my hot tub only to find it at 75 degrees. Tried everything I know to get the temperature back up with no luck. I found Hot Tub Joe's on Angie's List and gave hime a call.  I called him on a Sunday and he took down all my info and had me send him pictures of my tub since it sits partly inside my deck.  I was worried that it would have to be drained and moved to get access.  He told me not to drain it that he would do that if it was necessary.  He said he would be out by Wednesday.  He came as expected on Wednesday in the morning and had it fixed within an hour. My filters were clogged which shut off the heater.  He cleaned my filters and adjusted all my chemicals which were apparently a mess.  He gave me a nice lesson on the chemicals and told me exactly what I needed and how much to use etc.  He was very helpful and knowledgable. I will continue to use him for all my hot tub needs.

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
