They encouraged us to save a bunch of money by removing the old insulation ourselves, which was a pretty nasty job but worked well for us because we're ok getting dirty and have a very limited budget. The installers Ryan and Gomez were so polite and friendly, they worked efficiently and cleaned up very well when they were done. The upstairs level of our 1940s cape cod was already feeling warmer within an hour or two of completion. Getting new attic insulation is not nearly as exciting as more aesthetically oriented home improvement projects but it's really important. "The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. Both needed some additional work- installation of a junction box and hole needed in a plastered wall; filling in of extra space around medicine cabinet rough opening.
