We also added the tile work for another room that they agreed on. We ran across some termite problems in that room, but Jose and his team found the solutions and replaced the stud and drywall that was needed to take care of the problem before installing the tiles. Was told job would take a week. It took a week. Price was the same as what they quoted me. They also wanted to start like the next day, which was great.
