"The equipment was delivered promptly, and the installers arrived shortly after. Chris Hardin and Anthony were the installers. They were very experienced, well trained, knowledgeable, and did top quality work. Both were polite, personable, and treated me with respect. I tend to be a perfectionist and must say if I would have had the skills to do this job myself, I could not have done any better. I have never seen such good quality for any heating and air conditioner replacement in other homes I have owned. In addition to replacing the furnace and air conditioner units, some other items that were replaced were: suction and liquid lines, the exterior breaker box, condenser pad, furnace vent, insert in the vent going up the chimney, and the condensation pump and hose. The old furnace was situated such that there was not much room to change the air filter and perform maintenance. The new furnace was repositioned to eliminate that problem. This involved rerouting the electrical cable to the furnace switch and partially extending the gas line. My previous coil was never a tight fit over the furnace and therefore, cool and warm air escaped. Special care was taken to tightly mount the new coil and thoroughly seal it with silicone. Some insulation was even used around ducts nearby. All the old equipment, including the condenser pad, was hauled away. The work area was cleaned up well after completion."

"While one may not be necessarily excited to have to call a plumber, you can breath a sigh of relief if Bon is on the way. During every visit to address a range of plumbing problems in my aging building, Bon was thorough, efficient, and clearly cared about the quality of his work. Bon took the time to show me and explain what the problems were, my options for addressing them, and worked within my budget to find the best resolution. After first working with Bon, I have called him for all plumbing needs since. I would highly recommend to anyone for all plumbing needs, large or small."

"I hired them to install plumbing for a sink in the basement. The price was a a bit out of my comfort zone; however, the work was done within a week on a day that fit my schedule and done well. The only con would be the all the cement dust that was left due to the fact that they had to break up some concrete. The plastic sheet they put up did absolutely nothing to prevent the cement dust getting into evey part of my basement which is partially finished. It seeped into cabinets and drawers and was a nightmare to clean. Had I known it was going to create such a mess, I would have moved some things out of the basement and covered up furniture, tv's, etc with plastic tarps."

"Shelby started his own plumbing business after 16 years as a plumber working for someone else. He had a rough start but made it through the struggle of a startup business. He did several projects for us in our almost 60-year old house. His wife and his son assisted him and they were all very polite and respectful. Shelby made good on all his promises for the work he expected to do and his charges were very fair. He will be my plumber for years to come. Thanks Tucker family!!!"
