"The equipment was delivered promptly, and the installers arrived shortly after. Chris Hardin and Anthony were the installers. They were very experienced, well trained, knowledgeable, and did top quality work. Both were polite, personable, and treated me with respect. I tend to be a perfectionist and must say if I would have had the skills to do this job myself, I could not have done any better. I have never seen such good quality for any heating and air conditioner replacement in other homes I have owned. In addition to replacing the furnace and air conditioner units, some other items that were replaced were: suction and liquid lines, the exterior breaker box, condenser pad, furnace vent, insert in the vent going up the chimney, and the condensation pump and hose. The old furnace was situated such that there was not much room to change the air filter and perform maintenance. The new furnace was repositioned to eliminate that problem. This involved rerouting the electrical cable to the furnace switch and partially extending the gas line. My previous coil was never a tight fit over the furnace and therefore, cool and warm air escaped. Special care was taken to tightly mount the new coil and thoroughly seal it with silicone. Some insulation was even used around ducts nearby. All the old equipment, including the condenser pad, was hauled away. The work area was cleaned up well after completion."

"Y'all. I'm putting these people in my phone contacts as "My Plumbers." If being able to trust the people working in your home and knowing the work done is solid are your priorities, then stop right now and hire these guys. I have had a journey, and our house is very old. Our plumbing completely failed a week and a half ago, like... dig up the yard failure. After multiple companies either failed to address the problem, didn't show, ripped me off, or actually made the problem worse, I didn't know what to DO! I found these folks on Angie's List, and the reviews got me thinking, so I had them come out for a quote. They were one of the only companies that were able to get me in before Christmas, when all other places were telling me I'd be in a hotel ringing in the new year! They sent out Anthony and Josh. They have been like the plumbing dynamic duo - they communicate efficiently with one another, and know their job well enough that all the bajillions of hiccups inherent to an old house did not stop them from their goal of getting us back in our home for Christmas - and spend part of their Christmas Eve to make sure it happened for my family. AND they came with smiles on their faces in really horrible weather for an outside job in the cold. Anthony and Josh have been 100% honest with me and straightforward. They explained clearly what we needed done and gave me all the potential options to choose from. I never once felt like they were making unnecessary recommendations or trying to sell me anything. They were simply knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. Theirs was not the cheapest quote, but sometimes you need to consider that you get what you pay for. The cheapest job was not my goal - a solid fix from a company I could trust to do other potential work without trying to sell me down the river was way more important. There's more work to be done, for sure. BUT - they will most definitely always be the ones to do it, and I could not recommend them more highly."

"Truly a custom plumbing job beautifully done for an old cottage. It should be seen. Jamie hunted down and FOUND a rare water heater, installed on a Saturday morning no extra charge and added a bonus freeze proof external hose bib with easy shut off and NEW lines! He was diligent, focused and positive. The new beautiful sauntered lines look like art. THANK YOU FOR BEING THE FIRST CONTRACTOR IN A LONG TIME WHO I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND. “GOT YOUR 6 ” Plumbing: -found and order a rare sized water heater -installed it thru a small opening-crawling dozens of feet across a narrow space - replaced a cheap hose bib and the flimsy plastic lines with sturdy plumbing - drove 40 minutes on two lane back roads then miles on a one lane road to the property on a Saturday morning pulling a trailer! "I hired SDS to come in and add plumbing for a shower in an existing half bath in my basement. They had fair pricing, said they could start right away, and said it would only take a day or two. Overall Shane did a good job, while he was there. He really seems like a great plumber but getting him to our house was difficult at best. Apparently it is a small company and there are only 3 or 4 of them so our day the job turned into a 2-week job. The crew would stop by for 30 minutes and get called away for a few hours then come back a few days later and work some more. Overall they probably did work for about 12-14 hours, it was just over a 2 week period. They would say they would be there at 8 or 9 AM and ultimately show up at 5 or 6 PM. In their defense, they said the state permitting system was down for a few days of the 2 weeks and Shane texted me with updates along the way. He also went above and beyond to help me install the shower to make up for the poor customer service in the beginning. As I said they ended up doing a good job but if you are in a hurry be aware it might take them a while unless they get their scheduling/customer service issues ironed out."

"Joshua and team were so pleasant to work for. Where do I even start. From consultation to finished projects, Josh was very communicative and knowledgeable. I'm a recently new homeowner and have many questions and Honey-do tasks. Josh helped wittle my list down some. Firstly, I had a huge pine tree that came down during high winds and had crushed my fence. It left a huge stump on my yard. Josh used his excavator to remove the stump, carry all of the downed limbs to my burn pile, and made the yard look like a yard again. When then started looking at other multiple projects. He mentioned to me about fixing my bumpy yard for a future project. He is helping fix my broken chain link fence. Offered me some tree service ideas. Helped me hang some tvs including one outside on my patio. He gave me great ideas for landscaping my pool and then delivered some mulch and made my backyard to stay looking pretty. All of his staff and family were plesant to work for. He even recommended another certified Angi pro to help open my pool. Overall, the experience was great and I will not hesitate to hire him when I am ready to tackle on other projects. Thank you Joshua for making my first experience with an Angi pro a memorable one.
