"NMTI (who we hired as Tru Blue Construction Inc) were superlative. Juan and Ramon were excellent communicators, answering all of our questions in a timely, professional, and endlessly patient fashion. Our project was a big one - our self-managed condo building had a severely leaky roof that needed a full replacement, including redoing a roof deck - and I imagine we were not the easiest clients since we had tons of questions and a lot of "cooks in the kitchen" with different owners and condo trustees weighing in. Juan and Ramon took it all in stride and were incredibly helpful for me in my role as project coordinator. Their team was clean, efficient, effective, respectful, and friendly. They worked both quickly and thoroughly, and were good to always keep me updated as the scope of the work evolved as we found new (but not unexpected or spurious) issues during the demo/rebuild process. "I needed a full replacement of a ~20-25+ year shingle roof and solicited quotes from several roofers. My initial call was answered immediately by an answering service and I received a call-back later in the day from Todd, who scheduled a visit to my home a few days later to review the details of the project. The quote was returned promptly and while we had some back-and-forth over the need for some additional carpentry work around a dormer, I was certainly appreciative of the professionalism and thoroughness -- ultimately I decided to move forward with Ranch and was not disappointed. The project itself started on an extremely cold and windy day. I half expected a call saying that the conditions were too unfavorable for roof work, but the guys showed up right on time and I met the project manager (Dave) who gave me an overview of what to expect for the day. Most of the work was not only completed by the end of the day but all of the debris was promptly and thoroughly cleaned up by the time I returned home. The carpentry work was efficiently completed the following day and just like that, I had a new roof. Overall I was very happy with Dave, Todd and the rest of the Ranch team that worked on the project. The price and approach was reasonable, the end result looks great and I would definitely recommend this company."

"Great! We first met David when he responded to our call to repair a section of our roof after a tree fell on it in an ice storm. After completing the repair we asked about replacing the entire roof, as it was over 25 years old. He gave us a detailed description of his installation process and recommended that we use GAF architecture style shingles. We were impressed with his knowledge and we felt that he was honest. He di not use any high-pressure techniques. In fact he told use we could probably get a few more years out of the existing roof. David sent us a detailed estimate for the new roof within a few days and he answered our questions promptly by email. His crew came on schedule in early April and finished the job in one (12-hour day). We were impressed with the crew, each one worked very hard and communicated effectively with one another. The quality of the work was excellent. In particular, the new flashing around the chimney was done meticulously and looks great. They cleaned up very thoroughly after the job."
