"The exterminator arrived on-time and thoroughly inspected the outside property (the rat infestation was completely outside). But he also inspected the basement to check for any possible burrowing (there wasn't any). The extermination project itself took about an hour; then he described what he did and promised to follow up in 3 or 4 weeks (Rutland follows up 3 times after the main project).
