"We needed an old oak hardwood floor repaired and refinished in a room and hallway. Phil's team came on time and finished on time. The results are incredible. The floors look brand new. Also, I wanted to note they took the time to clean up the work space after each phase. Phil's quote was one of 3 and was competitive."

"Tao did an excellent job of re-finishing our floors. We had a move-in deadline, which he was able to meet. Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend Tao and his firm."

"Sasha and his refinishing expert, Val, were a fantastic team to work with. We were on a very tight schedule in getting ready for a real estate open house. I requested a quote on Tuesday, they started work on Wednesday and worked until 9:00 pm to complete all the sanding. They remain flexible and focused working through the weekend to complete the job in time for the next step in our preparation for sale, cleaning the carpets. A very professional and customer focused team I whole heartedly recommend. The real estate agent and photographer arrived Tuesday and complimented the refinished floor as one of the best they had seen. Open house will be as planned this weekend. THANK YOU WELES WOOD for a great job."

"Wu’s team was incredible. They refinished ~2,500 sqft in 2 days; and the finished product was impeccable. Great communication as well! 100% recommended!"

"Varouj was extremely quick to respond and his team was able to get the floors in our new home sanded and sealed in record time. We were concerned about finding someone to do the work within our budget, after losing another company earlier in the week, but The Floor Sanders Co was able to take the project on and complete it within our time frame."

"Cliff did an amazing job refinishing the floors in two rooms of my house. He was able to largely get rid of some stains left by the previous owners pets. The floors look great and the work was completed quickly and professionally at a very competitive rate."

"Will be hiring them again for my next floor refinishing\repair.r"

"Lou finished a new knotty pine floor and refinished two existing knotty pine floors in our home. Lou's extensive knowledge and experience helped inform our decision and expectations for finishing/refinishing our floors. His bid was competitive with other contractors and he arrived and completed the work on time. He and his son worked efficiently while preventing dust drift to into closets and cabinets. In addition, he offered guidance for preserving the beauty of the newly finished floors. I recommend Lou and his son highly.."

"Liam is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process of refinishing floors. He took time with us, describing in detail the types of materials he uses for each stage of the process and explained pros/cons of some popular brands. Liam's team works quickly and efficiently. The scheduling process was very smooth, and he always responded to our texts/emails quickly and professionally. He confirmed the scheduled date a couple of times as it was approaching, arrived on time and completed the project on time as promised! One small logistical lapse that we realized in retrospect was that we did not finalize the details of whether the floor would be patched with a wood putty before the wood finish was applied. It turns out that, if there are a few imperfections that need fixing, this step is not part of a standard refinishing procedure. However, after we expressed this concern to Liam, he was accommodating and offered to finish patching the floor at the end. Overall, we highly recommend Liam and his team!"

"Great job. Sanded every shingle down to the wood. Primed the whole house. Then 2 coats of paint."
