He confirmed the scheduled date a couple of times as it was approaching, arrived on time and completed the project on time as promised! One small logistical lapse that we realized in retrospect was that we did not finalize the details of whether the floor would be patched with a wood putty before the wood finish was applied. It turns out that, if there are a few imperfections that need fixing, this step is not part of a standard refinishing procedure.
