"It went great!  I woke up early in the morning to find water coming in my basement.  I quickly turned off the main water supply.  Standing in about 1/2 inch of water, I didn't know what to do.  I put a call into Morgan Miller - they had someone out there by 8 am to assess the situation.  I had no idea at the time what had caused the water problem.   <br /> Alex determined it was a broken sprinkler pipe, caused by too much water pressure from the main line.  He installed a pressure relief valve to fix the problem.  He was very good about explaining exactly what had happened and what he was doing to fix it.  He checked for any additional leaks, but did not find any. <br /> I have used Morgan Miller in the past, and plan to continue to call them for any of my plumbing needs.  They offer great customer service at reasonable prices.  They even follow up every visit with a hand written thank you note!  How many companies do that any more? <br /> <br />"

"I could go on and on what this company did for us when our company's office basement flooded!!!  We initially thought we only needed carpet cleaning and didn’t understand the process.  All of their staff was great explaining the process to us and educating us on our options to insure we didn't have mold growth or more damage.  During their cleanup of the water damage they discovered a corner of the basement with mold & were able to remove it.  The equipment they used dried everything out so fast!  Then after all the drywall was repaired from the mold removal they came in and cleaned the carpet after everything was done.  They were also able to stretch the carpet in one office that had been wrinkled for years and took care of the fraying carpet in the doorway!  They even gave us a reference to a contractor that could help fix our leak.  It was so great knowing that we were using a company that could handle all the little things that were coming up from the flood and that we didn't have to spend tons of time figuring everything out!  I highly recommend Fetz and will use again!!!"

"The main line of a rental property needed to be replaced. The Plumbing Pros came out and assessed our property, wrote a bid, then suggested I call the city to see if the break in our line would be on the city's side instead of ours. If it was, of course we wouldn't have hired them and the city would have replaced the line. It took multiple phone calls to the city, a city worker meeting with the Plumbing Pros and it was ultimately determined that the break was on our side and our responsibility. "Precision Plumbing replaced the city supply water line to my house. They got the permits, replaced the concrete, and laid seed over the ground that had to be dug up to place the new pipe. I got the quote on a Thursday, the pipe was installed and my yard cleaned up by the beginning of the next week. His quote came in the lowest out of 3 or 4 quotes I got for the job, and his final price came in $100 under his original quote. I was satisfied with the experience."
