"I recently had the pleasure of working with A Plus Home Remodeling for a comprehensive renovation of my home, and I am happy with the results. From the floor joists to the roof, they handled everything with professionalism and care. The team did a good job on many aspects of the project, including the installation of a new AC system, tiled showers, and a custom master bathroom. Their attention to detail could have been better. I had white subway tile with black grout installed, and it shows all the imperfections. It's hard to see small marks or holes in the grout, even after it was fixed three times. There were a few parts of the project that were just **OK**, but overall, I am satisfied with the outcome. The transformation of my home has been incredible, and I am excited to live in a safe and beautifully renovated space with my family. We did go over budget, but this was because we discovered additional needs for the house along the way. like a new AC and heating system, plus a new septic and full plumbing through out the house. Carlos was incredibly accommodating and worked with our budget to ensure we could still afford the necessary improvements. There were some issues with the electrical work and some of the finishings that were not completed to our liking. However, Carlos addressed these issues promptly and was willing to come back and fix them to ensure we were satisfied customers. I needed a solution to keeping water out of the basement; Benito went out to my property, proposed a solution, took pictures and sent his proposal with costs. We discussed and he got to work right away with his crew. His communication was excellent as he let me when he was on property, took pics and video of work and kept me updated. He also looked at few other items I needed taken care of and also suggested gutter covers as my gutters were full of leaves and clogged. I appreciated him going the extra mile and letting me know those needed taken care. Being out of state and home on a wooded lot he provided a solution for something that wasnâ t even on my radar, but needed to be. I will definitely hire him again! He even went back out to the property a week later when it had been raining to make sure problem was solved."

"Like many other reviewers I can't say enough good things about Mr. Junior and his team. I contacted Mr. Junior to fix a botched drywall job during my bathroom remodel. I was at my wits end with the previous contractor and just about loss faith my bathroom would ever be finished. It was one thing after another. Then came Mr. Junior. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the professionalism of everyone on his team. Mr. Junior was very responsive to my texts/calls and walked me through every step of the process. I felt he listened to me and alleviated all my concerns. He is respectful of my home and left it cleaner than when he arrived. Other reviewers mention cost but don't be put off by the price. Are his services more than others? Perhaps, but not by much. I don't always buy into "you get what you pay for" but when it comes to drywall and painting you do. I had the peace of mind knowing the work would be done right, within budget, on time, and no corners cut. I have another big drywall and painting job coming up this fall and I am going to re-hire Clean Hands to tackle that project."

"Tom Mitchell was exceptional at looking at the issue we had with flooding in our basement and a few other water ingress issues. He gave a lot of advice, and was pretty much honest that what we had done to mitigate the issue (which I was familiar with flooding buildings from my work) had very much minimized what needed to be done by any company... He was nice, amused by our gumption to mop up the water, direct it, and rent some big equipment immediately. He showed me a few more tricks, and then never sent an estimate, because, I suspect that the job was too small for this company. That's fine. I'm grateful for the boatload of tips, and we got another company to follow through on the advice given. It was very clear that DR Restore is really a mid-size to large-size disaster project company, and probably aiming at projects 3K and larger... and I suspect leaning towards the larger. Thank you, Tom. I've recommended DR Restore to friends who have larger projects since. This is definitely a place to call for those of you who have peculiar restoration projects as I believe-- after chatting with him-- that Tom likes a challenge. That's admirable."
