"Kudos to CV Roofing, Tom Dragoo, and team! They truly provide exceptional service. After a moderately hard rain, we discovered water damage around a recessed light in the entry of our new home. This is an area where the metal roof comes together at many odd angles. We were very anxious as more heavy rain was expected within the week. Adding to our concern was the possibility of supply chain issues we'd read so much about. Tom Dragoo responded quickly and understood our sense of urgency. He assessed the issue, assured the materials needed were readily available, and scheduled his team; Who, btw, were remarkably punctual. And for contractors, that's saying something! We really appreciated the care Tom took to educate us on metal roofs, i.e. while metal roofs can indeed last 30+ years, the rubber grommets in Central Texas heat, do not. Further, having come from a legal background, I particularly appreciate CV Roofing's Terms of Engagement agreement, as well as the warranty on their work. Highly recommend. Great folks!"

Their marketing person spent about 6 hours at my home inspecting/photographing the existing roof condition from the outside and inside the attic, explaining their product, the warranty, and the installation process. The materials were delivered the day before the installation. The 5-man installation crew showed up the next day as scheduled, including a truck-mounted trash bin. 8 hours later I had a new asphalt tile roof with new plywood wood base, liner and edge-to-peak ventilation system. The post install cleanup was thorough, including a magnet sweep for nails. The crew members were cordial, careful and thoroughly professional. They had obviously knew what they were doing and had worked together before. I am thoroughly impressed with the installation and the product."

"Very PLEASED with the completed job, the workers were here for l long day and finished roofs on a house and a shed also on the property. The Project Mgr. Jack J did an excellent job in explaining each and every detail involved in this project, Field Supervisor Juan Z stayed with the crew all day until they left @ 8pm. Sheetrock specialist Frank came the next day and cleaned up two light fixtures damaged from leaks in the roof. The room is considerably bright again. "I submitted my request on Friday for an appointment on Monday to obtain quote. I received a call within five minutes of the submittal and arrived within that hour to examine the issue. Navarro roofing showed me what was causing my leak problem. He quoted my a very reasonable price to repair the problem. He actually replaced the asphalt shingles and the job was completed before he left. He showed me the repair and provided pictures of what the problem was. There is no longer a problem. If I ever need any roofing done in the further or if someone needs roofing repairs, I would highly recommend Navarro to do this work. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
