"I contacted Willie to have an azelea tree trimmed. Willie let me know right away it was best to wait to trim the tree until it was no longer blooming. I appreciated him being honest. Willie checked my other trees and let me know they were being eaten away by caterpillar nests. Willie and his team did an excellent job of trimming down those trees and cleaning up the nests. The boss was there, he didn't really get it as well as the people who actually did the work so it was much better when the boss left. I think they did a good job.
