"I called JC Electrical because I had disabled an old wired alarm system and wanted some of the loose wires to be removed or capped. I was extremely happy with my experience with them. Tammy was wonderful at setting up the appointment and explaining the price in advance. Joe showed up on time, worked quickly, and did an excellent job--he even discovered a part of the old alarm system hidden behind an object that had been overheating for a long time and posed a fire hazard. They charge a very fair price, too. I would definitely recommend JC Electrical to anyone."

I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
