"I hired James Jim and to install laminate flooring in a kitchen, dining room and foyer. I was very apprehensive about hiring someone to do the job after being a victim of unscrupulous contractors in the past. From the first encounter, I could see that Jim was not one of those. If he said he would call at a certain time, he would call, if he said he would be on the job at a certain time, he was there. There were some unexpected issues that came up with the installation due to the age of the home but he explained what needed to be done and found the solution to make everything work out. My new floor is beautiful. He was meticulous in his work and even went the extra mile to level my old stove. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Jim is a man of integrity and conscience and I trust will trust him with all my future home improvement projects. He was a blessing."

"We had a wonderful experience with Footprints! Dan and Laura were quick to respond to our initial inquiry. Their bid was competitive and totally fair. Dan explained everything to us in terms of what they were going to do, exactly when they were going to do it, and why they needed to do it the way they were doing it. They showed up on our job site at least 5 or 6 times to make sure that everything that was supposed to be happening was. They were super responsive to our communications throughout the whole project. Their installer, Daniel, was professional, hard-working, punctual, very knowledgable, and did very impressive work with our vinyl tile (PVT) flooring. He even did a great job cleaning up and organizing the tools that he needed to leave overnight. We found this business to be entirely trustworthy, an excellent value for our money, a genuine pleasure to work with, and folks that we'd still happily invite over for dinner when it was all said and done. They'll be the only ones we call in the future for flooring and tiling projects, and we will be passing their information along with our full endorsement to our friends, family, and colleagues. The project (luxury vinyl planks over sheet vinyl) started faster than he originally said. Jeff and Sean were excellent professional installers. "Julio did an excellent job with my home. He didn’t only provide a competitive price for his work, he also found alternative ways to save me money during the work, without compromising quality, something very difficult to find from contractors. Later, we ran into a little issue with our floor which was not his fault but it was related to his job, however, he came back quick to fix it, and did a good job with it. I waited on writing this review until I felt the job out for over a month and can say with certainty that no curves were cut. Quality and price were perfect! I’ll be calling Julio back to do more jobs in the future."

"I chose not to go with Decker Service Professionals after seeking bids from 2 other contractors. Their pricing was comperable and the estimator was very good to work with but what I didn't appreciate it took 6 days to provide a quote (other companies provided a quote same day or within 24 hours). Quote was not written and instead it was verbal over the phone and due to different areas of work I was asked to the math on the phone. Lastly the final price was not "set", it instead was "around xxx amount" due to some discount I was offered. Decker was aware we were under a very strict timeline and in the time it took them to get me a "quote", I already had a slightly lower bid and start date that they could not meet in the first place."

"Tyler did a great job installing the new bathroom in my basement. This was not an easy job because it included adding new walls and a ceiling new flooring and all of the amenities. It looks wonderful. I the work is immaculate and very professional I couldn't ask for a better contractor than Tyler cox. He is so knowledgeable and very friendly. I have already recommended him to several friends and they will be using his services. I will be reaching out to Tyler anytime I have another project because I know it will be done right and done well."
