"Juve was wonderful about communicating, and it was easy to schedule the appointment. He showed up on time (actually a little bit early, which was wonderful) and got to work right away. He moved whatever furniture needed to be moved, and worked really hard at getting the cat stains out of the carpet. Those bedrooms look so much better and the smell is gone. He also hit a couple of stains on the stairs that I had overlooked. Then the kitchen - Oh My Word!!!
