"Alex showed up on time each day and provided a professional product and service. Even though the installation was on the third floor, Alex insisted in cutting the product in the first floor garage to keep the dust and debris to a minimum. This required him to trek up and down two flights of stairs to complete the task. He was very meticulous in his installation and helped to clean up the work site after. I have recommended Alex to friends and relatives."

"Roberto came in right after Harvey on my daughters home that was for sale. She had an AC problem that wet the ceiling and some hardwood flooring. Roberto's guys came in and did a terrific job repairing and painting the ceiling, pulling up warped flooring and replacing it promptly. Everything looked great and we had a buyer two weeks later"

"My experience with Carpet Connections was great from start to finish! I called and spoke with Steve via phone, looking to match new flooring to older wood already in my home. He shared the store had a variety of woods to choose and invited me in! I visited and immediately Steve went to work helping me find flooring that will match perfectly. There was no hard sales pitch, just honest, expert information and professionalism. They were even able to expedite delivery to meet my installation date! Awesome customer service and I highly recommend! Thanks Steve and the folks at Carpet Connections!"

"Tile floors look fantastic! They look like new to me. Mark did a great job explaining what the work would entail and spent a lot of time with me during the initial estimate. There was good communication throughout and fantastic results. The granite counters also looked great, but were not as bad off as the floors, so not as dramatic a difference. The technician who came to our home (sorry, I forgot his name) was very professional. Would definitely hire this company again."

"I was very satisfied with the price and great service I received. I had to reschedule the Estimate with Abner twice but he was very polite and understanding both times. Once I finally decided which Wood I wanted and to go with his company, he continued to work around my busy schedule. The Installers that work with him are also very professional and made sure my home stayed as clean and dust free as possible. They even went over the cleaning and maintenance of my floor with me and my kids."

"They install wood looking tile"

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."
