"Roberto did a great job on the overlay and a fair job on the staining. The sealer used does nothing to repel stains from leaves, grass, dirt, water or anything else that lands on it. Roberto suggested using a mixture of Dawn dishwashing liquid and water and to scrub with a brush on the stain. However, this was completely ineffective on most stains. Also, there is a permanent circular mark from something that was set on the concrete while the sealer was being applied. After paying $4000 + for this job, you would expect the sealer to repel stains and to not have a permanent circle on the concrete. Very disappointing. As an added note, Roberto suggested buying a rug to cover up mistakes which occurred during the staining process."

"Alex Blaker and his team were referred to me by ADU small home sales person in Austin Tx. My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job. Once we agreed he started when he said and completed the project as said. Made a few small changes along the way and I understood there would be a change or order fee but it was worth it.
