"I am so pleased with my home improvements done by JP Construction! They replaced crumbling siding with Hardie plank and painted the exterior. They power washed our limestone and it looks like new. They basically rebuilt our exterior fireplace as much of the interior wood was rotted. They relocated our master bath window, installed a new one, and replaced our patio door with one we'd bought, all in conjunction with the siding and painting work! It was almost seamless. I got bids from 4 companies and JP was very competitive. He came out and discussed the work, educating us in the process. The project manager Mike scheduled our work and was quick to respond to my calls or emails. I cannot say enough good things about the hard- working crew led by Carlos! The crew of 4 or 5 worked quickly and did an excellent, thorough and quality job. They came back every day until it was done. I love how it all turned out. I would absolutely use them again! "I have needed to replace my siding for a couple of years, particularly in the front gable where squirrels had damaged the masonite the builder used. We also wanted to replace the windows on the back of the house to something more efficient. Due to working from home, we decided to proceed with our project. I contacted Audie and he promptly provided me an initial quote based upon photos I had sent. Being a procrastinator, I didn't do anything for a few weeks, but decided to move forward and got a couple of other quotes during this time. I had narrowed it down to JASB and one other contractor and contacted Audie to make sure his quote was still valid. At that time we scheduled an in-person walk around so he could see what I wanted done. He explained everything that they would do and I asked him to do some additional items that weren't on the original quote. I was quickly provided with an updated quote showing the additional work. I chose JASB because I feel more comfortable with Audie than I did with the other provider. Once we proceeded with the project, he kept me informed of scheduling measurements and delivery of the materials. JASB's crew arrived promptly at 8:00 on the scheduled day and went to work. Alex and his crew were great and put up with my OCD at times. During the project, if I had any questions Audie or Alex were quick to answer them. Our project was completed in a timely manner and the crew cleaned up the jobsite completely. I recommend JASB and will definitely use them again for other projects."

He helped us find the leak in the masonry, and after we repaired the masonry damage, he and his crew came back to replace the water-damaged trim, repair the sheetrock, and paint. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
