"Great overall experience with Drains inc. Tim was quick to respond to emails and texts. On time for the job as well which took 3 trips to finish. I had a major sewer line repair that needed to be done, I was in the process of selling my house and Drains Inc was able to accommodate me on a tight schedule. Very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They saved me 6 thousand dollars compared to the other plumbers quote ( Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals Inc) after I paid them 880 bucks to hydrojet my sewer line and they couldn't even clear the line or even bother to rod it again. Then gave me an insane quote to fix my sewer line which had a section of pipe missing. Tim came out and cleaned up their sloppy half *ss work and gave me a much better price. "This was a newly purchased ranch. Able arrived on time the service man could not locate exterior sewage catch but was assisted by another service man who showed up within five minutes. The catch was hidden in the landscaping. Once the exterior catch was located Able removed the blockage and rodded the system. The service representative suggest that the catch be cleaned because it appeared to have mud within two feet of the outflow to street. Able does not do this type of work but provided a company which could clean the catch and the price which it should cost. Able replaced the landscaping. The system works fine and the additional load of outflow from a washing machine is to longer a problem."

"Wow, these guys know what they are doing! After a heavy rain we found out driveway drain was clogged. I called J&S and they came out the very next day. The crew was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They determined that our main sewer line was the problem and did a great job rodding it and getting rid of all the tree roots that caused the issue. It was so clogged that they had to rod it several time using various pieces of equipment in order to clear it. They televised the drain and made sure the drain was sound and totally clear. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone. I plan to have them come back annually to inspect and rod the drain."

From the time I phoned to confirm Lifeline comes as far out as we live to the completion of the job the Lifeline team was courteous, professional and personable. When I called to confirm they will come as far as we live (Oswego) the rep on the phone, after saying yes to our location, ensured she understood the problem and worked with me to find a convenient time for the appointment. On the day of the appointment Brent and Anthony phoned ahead to say the were on their way and provided an ETA (which they hit). Upon arrival Brent, who was the point man, went out of his way to great me and introduce me to Anthony, his trainee. They both immediately put on the booties and asked to see the problem. They, too, confirmed they do not need the city to turn off the main line into the house. Brent wrote up an estimate on the spot. While doing the work he also answered a general question we had about the smell in the basement and suggested we look into our dehumidifier's possible recall. He mentioned many are on recall. Both those extras were not required for the job in question but showed great care for us, the customers. Brent and Anthony were done within the hour even after cleaning up and walking my wife and me through the work completed."

It was hard manual labor and very difficult work. Ray and his team, including Martin were extremely professional, spending time explaining what was happening every step of the way and going through the costs in detail. They had to dig a 6ft hole in my back yard and then had to break off parts of the concrete steps. They left my backyard in tact, took away all the junk and waste material and supported the new pipe to code. I would recommend them highly for any plumbing job. On mine they were truly put to the test and remained focused, professional and delivered excellent work."
