"Rich did a great job! I unexpectedly needed a dryer outlet installed. I called Rich on a Sunday and he set up a time that worked for me on Tuesday. He came prepared, I unfortunately gave him a wrong measurement (All my fault, I was off by a lot!) but Rich was a pro and brought extra and saved the day! Rich worked hard and nonstop, even fixing another problem I had on the spot. Whatever the project threw at him. Rich always knew what to do and would explain to me the options. "Lawrence plumbing replaced an old cast iron drain pipe and repiped all the drains leading into it. Existing drains had to be rerouted to improve flow and move them above the bottom of basement joists. They final product was aesthetically pleasing and they were very professional and they were the lowest quoted cost which did not change."

"A pipe burst on our third floor. The water went downstairs thru the two lower levels and ruined the kitchen and bathroom and also caused a lot of damage in the laundry room. Anthony and Mark were polished and professional and gave us the kitchen and bathroom of our dreams. We were able to remain within budget, while choosing an updated look. Anthony and Mark were professional and have a great sense of humor. They did great work and we had a lot of laughs too. You will LOVE the work that they do and will end up calling them back for other projects!!"

"I called the answering service on a Friday night and the lady told me that they would have someone at my house within 30 minutes. She also told me that there wasn't any up charge for weekends. The tech was at my house within 25 minutes and was very polite and friendly. He then figured out where the clog was and within 30 minutes he had our drains cleared and water flowing freely again. He did a great clean up job and the price I believe to be very fair for coming out on a Friday night without any appointment. I will not hesitate to call these guys again for any drain problem."

First trip, their rep sent a camera down my line, and found a serious blockage that the previous day's snaking (performed by a different company) had missed. Once the blockage had been cleared, he came back, confirmed all was well ... and then recommended AGAINST anything that would require me to pay him money. After two FREE visits that proved instrumental in diagnosing and correcting a serious blockage in my sewer, he actually recommended that I take no further action and just hydro-jet it every other year. Remarkable service, honesty, and professionalism. These guys are now #1 on my list of people to turn to if I even need help with my sewer."

"Two professional installers. Done in one day.  If only one person had been there for the install it would have been a 2.5 day job. With two people the job was completed in one day. I bought their recommended Amana furnace/AC. They were personable and interacted well when I had questions. If one person had been there it would have been a 2.5 day job. The unit worked the first time they turned it on and is a significant improvement. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the area. And no up front money which indicated a well run business.
I had been told about other people who installed furnaces but I am confident that they were horror stories waiting to happen. This job required experienced workers. I may have paid more, but I may have ended up with a low quality (cheaper) unit as well as delays while the installer dealt with personal issues or disappeared.
This is the third time I have used Giant and each instance was totally satisfactory.
