He came to my home and gave me a quote the day I called him, and then proceeded to tell me he was going to put a tarp over my chimney with no pressure to use his services while I investigated other companies. I was impressed with that and his overall knowledge and experience. Waylon was back with his assistant within two weeks to clean and waterproof the bricks, seal the crown, and install a new chimney cap. They also blew the leaves off the roof, walks, and driveway.
