"I needed a retaining wall built on my ravine. I contacted Ken Mathis at Creative Dreamscapes Plus to build it. He also agreed to pressure wash my house, porches and stain a new deck. He also also painted my porches. He listed a fair price. In the meantime I decided to have my house inspected to make sure everything was okay. The home inspector gave me a booklet of all the issues that needed attention. I was apprehensive about hiring different workers to do the various jobs since I have been overcharged a number of times in the past 2 years. I am a 81 year old woman.
