As it turns out, a previous contractor did a sloppy job in several areas that introduced a small leak that eventually rotted the bathroom floors. The Tenorio's group actually had to replace most of the pipes, and floors. At that point, we decided to make the bathrooms completely new. Much better than the previous work years ago. They were highly recommended by a friend who worked with several contractors. I did not rate the price because most other contractors that give a cheaper price may deliver cheaper results. If you need work now, here is your chance to hire them, because once I am ready, I will have them performing more work for me."

"Awesome. Scott fixed the bathroom sink to drain quicker. A plummer had replaced the drain maybe 10 years ago and it was very slow from the first day. And the kitchen soap dispenser was installed maybe 2 years ago using a longer tube then came with the dispenser (I wanted to have a large dish detergent bottle on the floor in the cabinet below.) I didn't use it the following two days after that handyman left. Then when I tried to use it after, that the soap would no longer come up the tube. He had showed me it was working before he left. Scott came, found the problem, found a way to fix it and now, it works, even after I didn't use it for the same two days. I also had a broken hinge on a cabinet door. He tried to fix it using the three different hinges I bought hoping one of them would work (I couldn't find the exact same hinge I took off the door.) None of them allowed the door to hang correctly. He went in search of a hinge and found one that would hang the door up but he was not satisfied because it left a small gap. He then called the manufacturer of the hinge that came off the door originally, only to discover they don't make that kind anymore. I'm satisfied with the way it is since he hung it, and give him extra credit for his initiative and going that extra length to try not to settle for "just ok"."
