"Anderson replaced a set of stairs had gotten hit by a plow blade a two years ago. Set he replaced were precast abd hollow. He did a fantastic job with the new ones, NO precast or hollow. I have solid stairs!!!!! The job was completed fast, Anderson and his assistant were awesome!! They explained to me, were courteous snd respectful they paid to detail! I woukd highly recommend them for any Concrete projects! I am thinking of a new patio next year. Concrete Solutions will definitely be getting the call!!! "We found Goodwood General Construction on Angieâ s list. Our project was relatively large in size. We added a six foot fence and changed our driveway from asphalt to stone pavers. We added a patio in the back. The project also included granite front and side steps, a granite mailbox post and the removal of several trees and bushes, and numerous old brick pavers and stones. The entire site had to be regraded to correct drainage issues on both sides of our house. Henry (The Contractor) was exceptional from the start. He was very calm and helpful during the whole process. He provided our estimate in a timely manner and was right on target for both the start date he promised and completion. The crew was respectful to our property and neighbors. At the end of each day they cleaned the site and left it immaculate. There were no surprises!I enjoyed having the crew here every day and Henry was always open to any adjustments I made along the way. They completed the project on time. I am 58 years old and have owned my home since 1994. I have had multiple contractors work on our home for various projects. This is the first time I actually enjoyed the whole process and was never â bullied for moneyâ . Our project is now complete and every person that walks by our house compliments his work. "Our yard is on top of a hill and had a lot of soil erosion. In order to prevent that we needed a retaining wall done along the fence. We contacted multiple contractors but none came close to Ruben for value. He did an excellent job in laying concrete blocks and building a fence on top of it. "Lermon did excellent work. They worked very hard and diligently to dig down to the basement floor level on the outside, then repointed, applied appropriate mortar and water sealing layers. They then installed a french drain to divert the water from the hill behind the house to pass the house and flow into the front yard. They then repointed the inside walls and added a layer of paint that will also help lower the humidity. Communication was very good. This is the 2nd time I hired them and I would strongly recommend them."
