"I had leaky roof. Of 3 contractors who came to take a look, only Ramon from NMTI pointed out an uneven surface that seemed to be good place to look for an issue. I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. "I hired this company for a siding project at my home in Quincy, MA for about $17,700. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Within about three months after installation, multiple issues appeared. The siding became uneven and wavy, and the problems continued even after several repair attempts. Some exterior work was not properly finished, with visible gaps, inconsistent sealing, and components not installed flush to the wall. Interior-type screws were used outside and have already started to rust. I also observed improper material used to seal at least one exterior vent. Additional issues later appeared, including cracking in trim and holes in siding panels. I provided a detailed list and gave multiple chances to fix the work. Some items were acknowledged but not repaired, and I was told issues were fixed when they were not. I recommend carefully reviewing all work before final payment."
