"sand and refinish wood floor and railings in loft. During the early stages of the work, we decided to make some big modifications in what we wanted to have done and Tomahawk just went with the flow. They were able to easily make the changes and come up with alternative ideas. Communication and reliability are crucial when working with contractors and we have to say that Ritchie answered each one of our questions, concerns, and requests no matter what time of day it was. We never felt neglected or worried about lack of communication. The work is being done beautifully with concern for details and it's obvious that Tomahawk takes pride in their finished labors. "My home was fairly dark and with one large window in the living room and 2 large windows in the master bedroom, it didn't shed much light. Deven and his crew opened up the living room and master bedroom onto the back porch(300 square feet total). Though he found multiple structural issues, Deven was able to fix them and make the house more secure and sturdy. I had a budget, but as always, Deven comes under budget. He does incredible craftsmanship, many components of the reno were hand crafted. Deven is patient and takes all ideas thrown at him and comes up with some wonderful ideas as well. It is a collaboration and the final project is a large bright space, light and airy. It does not even look like the same living room and bedroom. There are very few people I would trust, but I count Deven and his people among those that I do. I've never been disappointed in any of the projects he has completed for me. It is precision work at its best. Deven and his people go the extra mile and really do it with a smile. Really. You absolute can trust him to do a fantastic job, do it right and do it at a cost saving price. He works with you to make your ideas come to fruition. He is well worth anything you will pay, because you know it will be done right the first time and he stands by his work. I have a whole list of more projects and King Construction is the only crew I will hire."

He was able to pull up the boards, fix the subfloor, and then put the boards back and refinish the entire 15&#39;8&#34;&#39; x 18&#39;3&#34; floor. Price was more than reasonable. He and his crew did all of this work in less that a day. I&#39;d give him 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend."

"Ian was very professional, on time and easy to communicate with. He did an excellent job installing our bamboo and cork flooring, despite our choice of cork which he had not previously worked with. He also installed new wool carpet for us, which was not easy to work with, and did a great job to make it look nice. I highly recommend his service and had no problems at all with any aspect of the job. I was even able to have our flooring ordered from lumber liquidators sent directly to him and he brought it to our house to acclimate before installation- job well done!"
