The finished product was well worth the money and at a fair rate. When he left it was like he was never even there no trash or debris left. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have house work done. 10/10 would hire again"

"WE needed a handicapped tub and new surround. The order was taken and it took 6 weeks to get the order. An appt was made for doing the work and they arrived on time. Set up mats on the floors and went to work. They were done by 6 that evening and everything was cleaned up and ready to use. They were polite, clean, friendly and professional. I wish we had had them do more.

They came out exactly when they said, the worker was polite and thorough while explaining what needed to be done and what the cost would be. The job was completed in a timely manner and they did their best to clean up the mess. We did have some cleaning to do after they left but unclogging two bathroom sinks is a messy job. "I called Choice and reported my problems. They issued a work order and within the hour, I had been notified by S & J Plumbing that they would be here on Thursday. I could not make the time, so I called them and they politely scheduled for the next day. They showed up early, looked over the problems , called in the work to make sure it was covered and they repaired or fixed everything that was needed. They worked on my house like they were working on their own home. After done, they completely cleaned up, reminded me that they guarantee their work, and left. The gentleman who worked on my house was a professional and a credit to his company. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and their concern for everything. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
