"Tom Mackey, the general manager, came to do my estimate and was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the services I was interested in: blown in insulation of exterior walls and he suggested insulating the area between joists(?) of exterior walls in the basement. He answered all of my questions, did not rush or pressure me into services I didn?t want or need. He was upfront, trustworthy and I felt confident in choosing DANA Insulation for my needs. The staff who came to do the work were also very professional, timely and truthful when they realized that my home already had insulation in exterior walls. The basement insulation was completed and in that time a manager/ supervisor called me to explain the new total for the work actually done. Korrine was also very helpful in getting my rebate information processed in a timely manner. I highly recommend DANA Insulation for any energy/ cost saving work your home may need."

"We had them do blown insulation in are attic a year ago and it made a big difference with helping keep the heat in the house so we had them come back and spray foam are wall to help be more energy efficient can already tell difference with the house being cooler. Had great customer service, also they clean up after them selfs and very good about making sure customers are satisfied with the job they have done. Would recommend to family and friends"

"Jeff T. and Ashley W. took care of every detail in quoting and setting up our install. The installation crew #1, Joey, Mader, Cody, Maupin and Nick were exceptional. They were polite, professional and once the installation was finished you would never know they were here. We are extremely satisfied and will be using Retro Foam in the future to insulate the attic and crawl space of our home. Retro Foam has made a huge difference regulating the temperature of our home. The added bonus is how much quieter the insulation has made outside noises. Thank you for providing us with such an EXCELLENT experience. We will definitely recommend!"

"We were very happy with this insulation install. A cracked pipe in our attic was seen and repaired for us as an additional service at a nominal extra cost. We highly recommend this company."

They showed up on the date and time we had Scheduled and even called the day before to make sure we would be home. His crew came in introduced themselves. They explained what all they were doing to make sure we were all the same page as per Ron's visit. They wasted no time in getting to work and finishing up and cleaning the job site up.I would highly recommend them for your project's. Thank's to Ron and his crew !!!"

"Great customer service! Very punctual and professional. Got the job completed in a timely manner and I have had no issues since. Would definitely recommend!"

"Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install."

"Please don’t hesitate to hire this company. Everyone from the salesman to the workers who installed the insulation were fantastic. Very friendly, and hard working. Excellent value for the price."

"great service, brought in all the equipment and was done in one day."

"The installers, Jason and his associate ( I didnâ t get his name), were very polite, professional, and answered all our questions They even found an issue with our bathroom fan and fixed it. We significantly raised our R value and qualified for a rebate from DTE. George, the owner was also good to deal with, explaining things well. The only minor issue was not having a definite time of installation but a vague â early afternoon â . But I would definitely recommend this company to take care of your insulation needs."
