"Nova Exteriors recently replaced our 43-year-old patio door, which was in terrible shape, with a ProVia Endure door. Nova's representative, Sam Osta, arrived on time, gave us a thorough explanation of why ProVia's Endure door would work well in our home, stayed as long as we had questions, and didn't try to upsell us on "bells and whistles" we didn't need. Nova's crew did an excellent job of installing the door, working efficiently and cleaning up when finished. Now that we've used the door many times since the installation, we can attest to its ease of use, especially the dead-bolt safety feature at the door's bottom that operates with an easy touch of a shoe. And it looks beautiful as well. We highly recommend Sam Osta and Nova Exteriors for patio door replacement."

"They replaced my front door and some rotted wood that was causing a leak. Super fast job (after door ordered) and excellent work!"

"We replaced all 23 windows in our town house and 3 doors, 2 of them sliding patio doors. The project was flawlessly executed- from planing to scheduling to installation.even the weather cooperated! Windows were made on time, the crew showed on time and finished ahead of schedule. They were very respectful to our requests, cleaned after themselves and explained in detail all features and how to take care of the new windows. The windows and doors are solid and good quality, we feel the difference already. We highly recommend Windows on Washington !"

"I had two old sliding glass doors where the wood around the glass was rotting. The needed to be replaced. I went to the Germantown Home Show and got three companies to come out and do an estimate. Presidential was easily the best choice of the three. The doors got ordered and a month or so later they arrived and were installed the next day. The crew from Presidential was professional and courteous. The door installation went quick and they cleaned up like they weren't even there. I am very pleased with my new doors."

"I researched to find the best product, warranty, and installer. I believe I did, but time will tell. Roofing & More office staff and installation crew were very easy to work with and very dedicated. My new roof looks great! If it lasts as well as it looked upon completion, I will be very pleased"

"Terrific, we decided to go w/ Stoneberger because their sales representative spent time advising and guiding us through the options, the colors and styles of doors. She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. We had one issue that arose b/c of the age of our house and Stoneberger addressed it quickly and beyond fairly. Highly recommend them."

"It finally came time for us to replace two old wooden garage doors. First I did some research on garage doors in general. Lots of info on the Internet. Then I did extensive research on quality garage door contractors in my area. Used Yelp and other sources. Came up with a list of five quality candidates and sent details to each for bids. Eliminated 3 in relatively short order for various reasons. Came down to two candidates for the same two door options (either a Clopay or a CHI) -- Academy and another contractor. I focused on all decisioning points -- service, price, features, warranty, etc. Both were very close on price so that was not a discriminating factor. However, all the other factors came out very much in favor of Academy. Our sales contact, Dave McLaughlin was superb. Knowledgeable, responsive, helpful. The two managers at HQ -- John and Alan -- also very professional and responsive. So I did the order with Academy and selected the Clopay doors. Doors arrived in the time period they said. Scheduled the install. Jim and Coach (two HUGE guys!) showed up and did the install. They were even able to deal with the fact that my floor was off level just a shade. Made the doors fit well. Thanks guys! So far so good! Love the new doors! SO much better than the old ones in every way. Now I have to fix up my house b/c the garage doors are now the best part!"

"My garage door?s cable/spring broke. I called ABC garage door and they arranged for a technician, Danny Sligo, to make an assessment and have it fixed. He did an outstanding work, quickly and clean. He explained what he was going to do and completed the work in 30 minutes. Highly recommended."

"Wayne was wonderful. I called one afternoon & he was there the next day-scheduling the appointment at my convenience. He was there exactly as promised. He was very nice, extremely professional. As he was adding a deadbolt which involved drilling through the wood door, he made sure the area was covered to keep everying clean. Upon completion, he made very sure that the lock worked smoothly. Pricing was reasonable for the work performed & I will certainly recommend The Lock Guys to anyone needing a locksmith. Thank you Wayne!

".Chris  came to my house in about an hour after I called.  He assessed the situation and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes.
The door latch was loose and extremely hard to open. He removed the latch, assessed the problem and had it in working order in a very short time.
I have called on him in the past and highly recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.
