"First of all, were both retired & on fixed incomes, Anji sent us 3 contractor's, all 3 contacted us, only one stood out above the rest, Raymond listened to our needs & gave us a fair & honest estimate we accepted, & he sent in his team , Alex the team leader, was very respectful to us & our needs. He went up the ladder to inspect the roof, then sent up a drone, to measure the sq footage, of the roof, scheduled an appointment for us, arrived 2 days later to remove moss then apply the roof coating 6 hours later the roof looked great! "Faced with an aging cedar shake roof, I had to deal with an HOA which required only cedar shake or tile roofs. My ceilings would not support conventional tiles, and I refused to put an unrated and unrecommended flammable roof on my house. After months of research, I found a 50 yr. guaranteed lighter weight tile from a highly regarded Canadian company. None of the roofers I contacted were interested in working with an unfamiliar material. Lorin, on the other hand, was enthused about the opportunity to try something new. It required an online training session and a fairly complicated process of ordering and receiving materials from another country another currency. Through the whole process, Lorin was upbeat and positive. And, I can't say enough about his crew who worked really hard in the most miserable of weather conditions. Thanks to Tru North I now have a Class A rated tile roof made of a composite material that looks like cedar shakes. "

"They came to my home early 2024 for my roof. Told the sales team what I could afford. Sales team wrote down a quote 26,000 (roughly). They didn't go over financing paperwork. They put in for 29,000 for my loan. My minimum payment doesn't include the interest so my bill keeps going up. The regional manager declines to speak to me even though I've spoken to several representatives whom say the regional manager will call me but never does to discuss this discrepancy. This company will not be honest or upfront. Will do and say anything for a sale. This is a huge regret and financially screwed over by this company"

Alywin's Crews were on time and cleaned up as they went, provided protection for our plantings, and did a complete sweep for nails and other debris when finished.
