The free estimate was detailed with multiple options for various avenues for next steps. The installation foreman and crew itself were incredible and communicated with me multiple times throughout the four-day roofing/gutter install, sharing their noticings while working and asking me for my input and preferences. "We had this company come out in November to fix a leak, which we paid a good amount of money on. Less than a week later, the leak started back up. They came back and fixed it no charge. Leak started again. They then came back, reassessed it, charged us more, and fixed it. It was then okay. 4 months later, the leak is back. Really disappointed, would not recommend. Terrible communication, was never sure when they were going to come by, and after it all the problem is still not solved. Out $6,000 for nothing. Great."
