"Adams Roofing was great. They came out same day to give me a quote and upon agreeing they were able to schedule me for only a few days later. I had them do the following work: * Fix a leak in my roof (by removing an unused chimney and covering with asphalt shingles) * Add soffit vents to increase the ventilation in my attic * Remove an old satellite dish on the roof & replace with shingles * Tuckpointing in multiple locations (a couple locations were definitely letting some water in) * Waterproofing the front corner of my house I was impressed that they were able to fit me in quickly. They showed up a bit after they had expected to the first day, but stayed late to finish as much as possible that day and scheduled to come back 2 days later to do the basement waterproofing. They ended up coming back the next day to start digging out the area and on the last day were here before 8am to finish the work. I'm now happy to say that my basement and roof no longer leak and the tuckpointing looks great. Overall, we're very happy with the work."

Called several roofers over months; they were either unable to do the job, charged excessive rates or unresponsive. Second City responded, provided a competitive quote quickly and (after some scheduling issues due to weather) completed the job as planned. We were in constant contact with them and were provided photos and information about products used prior to the work starting. I was not able to be at home when the work was being done and told Cesar to replace any rotted wood that need to no replaced. He told me how many boards were bad and made sure it was ok to replace them. When I returned home, the boards were in the front yard to let me know exactly how many boards were replaced. The roof and gutters look amazing. Hernandez Roofing takes pride in the work they provide, the owner was present for the work being done on the roof and came back to inspect the gutters after they were completed. All of the debris was removed when the work was completed and they walked the property with us to make sure nothing was missed and we were happy with the work that was done.
