"Well enough. There were some scheduling delays but nothing unusual. The quality of the workmanship on the tuckpointing seems good enough. The repairs were completed on time and within the agreed upon scope. The issue I have is the minor damage to a second floor coax cable line as it was torn from its anchors on the exterior brick. The workers did not seem to notice this, and it was left dangling off the front of the house, torn from the port. There was also a fair amount of mortar mix splatter on my fence, and a neighboring fence that I ended up cleaning myself. So the attention to detail and cleanup was not to my liking. They did clear my flat roof of leaf debris as I requested, which was really helpful."

He handled all correspondence with the Village of Frankfort to obtain the work permit and shared every step of the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the reason for the split from the brick work and drywall. Upon one visual inspection, he was able to determine the materials that would match. While I was nervous about the possibility of the materials not matching, honestly... you cannot tell the rework was not included in the original build. "Carlos and his team did so much for me. They did tuck pointing of one side of my wall. They did tuck pointing on my chimney they even replaced some bricks. Carlos was so kind he went above and beyond for me and sealed a lot of my wall joints with flexible seal so water doesn’t enter any one my walls and damage anything. They even fixed 2 foundation cracks from inside and outside with epoxy seal. Carlos was so reasonable with his estimate and you can tell he does his best giving you a fair price. They even kept the place clean and used vacuums while working. Ultimately friendly demeanor and professional job. I always recommend Carlos to anyone who needs any brick work done and will continue to do so. He’s hands down such a hard worker."
