"Our family has been working on a clean out, demo, and refinishing of our Grandma's Basement. We have used this service to haul away garbage and debris on two separate occasions. The Junk Relief office was responsive, estimates could be done through text by sending photos, the price was extremely reasonable (priced per truck load with labor included *compared to* $200+ per small bagster bag). "It went very well, from the estimate to completion. Greg was clear, honest and direct and he cares about his customers being satisfied. The workmen arrived  on the date agreed upon, were generally neat and clean and careful about my  house. It was a big, messy job and they cleaned up well. There were a few details to finish and Greg came personally to complete the little things. For example, during the clean out and other work, a t.v. cable was pulled loose and fell between the walls.   Greg came back to fix it. He made sure I was  happy with the job. I can already notice a difference from the pebble/dirt crawlspace and the new one with the liner. I notice less dampness in the family room, and there is no more smell, even on days it is raining. I trust it will be significantly warmer in the winter.

Details:
We had sketches ready for the built-in we just needed a carpenter to put it all together. We asked three companies to come out and give us estimates - one declined due to being overbooked, so it was down to Pryor and our other estimate. Ralph from Pryor came out promptly and gave us good details on when we could expect to start/finish, and came up with great ideas to try and save us some money on materials.
The other estimate was for a little less, but in the same ballpark, and the other carpenter wasn't as thorough in his evaluation, so we decided to contract with Pryor.
We wish we could have started the project sooner, but that's hardly Pryor's fault - they had previously scheduled work going on and it was a busy season.
The work was being done in our main living area, and we had an infant and toddler so it was important to try and keep the disruption to a minimum - the carpenter was wonderful about only working while they were in daycare and clearing everything possible away before we brought them home for the night.
The work was completed on schedule, and we had a small additional request that we realized we needed after the carpenter left - we'd wanted an access hole for cables cut in the counter, but it hadn't been in the plans. We contacted Pryor, and they sent the carpenter out to drill the hole for us at no additional charge. It took a while for him to schedule us in - about a week - but once he got here it took him less than 10 minutes from start to completely cleaned up.
We would definitely hire Pryor Construction again.

"Lincoln was A on everything. The only thing is you have to pay in cash for everything, he is an old guy, and don't take checks or charge. He did an tremendous job fixing busted pipes, had lines busted, he gave me an fantastic price, fixed the concrete, and everything. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't take charges, but I was fine with it."
