They were timely and professional, and communication was good throughout the process. Their work on our deck included replacing a number or boards and rebuilding a section of it, in addition to power washing, sanding, and staining. The finished deck looks great, as does the patio, where they power washed, relaid some of the stones, and applied polymeric sand. The cost of all this work was very reasonable. We'll definitely call on them again as needed."

"Juan and his asistants from K, B & D Remodeling, LLC, did a fantastic job in my home. I had hired another company to waterproof the basement. To prepare for the basement waterproofing job, Juan and his workers did the demolition: removing all the perimeter wall drywall and most of the drop ceiling in the basement. After the other company installed the drainage tile system, Juan and his workers rebuilt my basement, including framing out all new walls, putting up drywall, sanding and painting the walls, installing new drop ceiling. I also had them put in new plumbing (my house is old) in the basement as well as some new electrical lines, including a new 220 line for my basement shop. Part of the basement floor needed repair, so Juan did that as well. He and his crew did other repairs as well in the basement as well as doing some roof repairs. Juan was easy to work with.
