John measured everything and drew it out by hand; then mocked up an electronic graphic rendition. John and team were timely with correspondence, meetings, and finished my model in perfect time. "Mihai and his team were recommended to us by a coworker and we're very glad that they connected us. We wanted to re-do our main bathroom, keeping the existing footprint, but basically starting over with all fixtures, tile, etc. Mihai came by the house to take measurements and got back to us relatively quickly with an estimate that was very clear as to what it would include. He also responded quickly to questions and we agreed to move forward. We appreciated that during the project, Mihai would keep us up to date on when certain members of his team would be there and they were all courteous and respectful of our home. We got delayed during the project due to a couple of unexpected issues (on our end) and Mihai worked with us to get back in as soon as possible. In addition, he helped us with a couple of other items not related to the bathroom renovation, which was very helpful since they would have been projects that were too small on their own. One item that I would note is that NorPro does not provide design services and you will need to secure all of the materials such as tile, vanity, toilet, faucets, etc. This was not an issue for us as we had a very good idea of what we wanted, but something to know if you are not working with a designer. Mihai did provide us with some good recommendations for where to get tile and reviewed our orders for other items to ensure that everything would work. We are very happy with the results of our project and would recommend Mihai and NorPro if you need remodeling services."
