The only thing that I think could be improved is the process of the consultation. I originally found Larry's company via Angi. When I contacted him to come out for the consultation, there was no mention of a fee. Even though he eventually waived the fee when the job was completed, the failure to mention that seemed like an oversight."

He knew where to look for solutions and worked on both my refrigerator and stacked washer/dryer. He was tenacious and persistent and would not give up until both appliances were completely and totally FIXED. He didn't charge by the hour, but by the project. And I was more than impressed by the cost. Amazing. I will NEVER look elsewhere for any future appliance repairs.
